14th March 2013 - RNLI
RNLI event with year 11; a whole year event where they are being exposed to the work of the RNLI, talked to about the dangers of the beach and the sea and also offering students links to volunteering in the UK for the summer or as a life guard in Australia in their gap year.
15th March 2013 - Comic Relief
15th March Red Nose Day, "fun" market in the front lobby and then fun runs and various activities including a cook off after school with Mr Falanga, Mr Moore and Mr O'Sullivan!!!
26th March 2013 - Douglas Drive
Charity event and auction for Douglas Drive day care centre for the elderly at which some of our students will be performing.
11th July 2013 - Choir Challenge!!
Male voice choir and both Barclay choirs are putting on an event open to all to raise money for Douglas Drive. From this, the male voice Choir will be offering workshops to our male students throughout the school year to encourage them to sing.

Date TBC: A21 (an anti human trafficking charity) will be coming in to talk about their work and to educate our students about the dreadful things that happen. Some 6th formers will be putting on a concert to raise money for this charity.
